A Twin falls man learned the hard way that while the working girls at the Wells brothel donna’s Ranch might be friendly they don’t take kindly to threats or bullying.
Michael McLimans, 62 years, of Twin Falls Idaho was arrested Monday and charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon, $5,000 bail following an afternoon fracas at the historic brothel.
According to Elko County Sheriff’s reports the incident began when drinking in the brothel’s bar McLimans began to complain about the choice of music playing on the juke box.
“The female employees reported that McLimans was not happy with the choice of music playing on the juke box and became irate. McLimans reportedly threw a large glass of bloody Mary at one of the employee’s. Two female employees then forcibly removed McLimans from the building.” The report said. “The female employees reported that moments later, McLimans tried to come back through the front door, but it was locked and he could not gain entry, employees told the deputies that McLimans was now in front of the large plate glass window, striking the window with his fist and a black in color pistol.”

“They also reported that McLimans was pointing the pistol at the window. Police were called and McLimans was found hiding near the adjacent brothel Bella’s.
“Deputies recovered the pistol from McLimans vehicle. The employee’s were able to identify the pistol closely by color and caliber.” The report continued. “McLimans told deputies that he was defending himself and that the he had been assaulted by female employees. McLimans told deputies that he retrieved his pistol to defend himself.”

McLimans was arrested for Assault with a Deadly weapon and transported to the Elko County Jail, bail set at $5,000.00.
