NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17 day of July, 2012, the City Council of the City of West Wendover, Nevada, approved the adoption of an ordinance for the City of West Wendover, Nevada, with the following Summary and Title:
SUMMARY: An Ordinance Amending Title 5 Chapter 1 of the West Wendover City Code Entitled “2012 Traffic Code Amendment”, Repealing the Former Title 5 Chapter 1, Adopting the Laws of the State of Nevada Concerning Traffic Laws Generally, Rules of the Road, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Equipment, Inspections and Size, Weight and Load of Vehicles, Accidents and Reports of Accidents and Providing Other Matters Appropriately Related Thereto.
TITLE: This Ordinance is Entitled “2012 Traffic Code Amendment,” an Ordinance Amending Title 5 Chapter 1 of the West Wendover City Code by Repealing Existing Traffic Laws and Adopting by Reference NRS Chapters 484A Through 484E, Inclusive, to be the Traffic Laws of the City Insofar as They May Be Made To Be Applicable.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, pursuant to N.R.S. 266.115, notice of the adoption of the above-entitled Ordinance is being published by title, together with an adequate summary, including any amendments, once in a newspaper published in the City and posted in full in the City Hall. The Ordinance shall become effective twenty (20) days after its publication.
