Spring2013-halfpageFor Wendover which never had a graduating class over 60, college interest in Wolverine athletes has been few and very far between from any school let alone a top tier school from the NCAA. A person can count on one hand the number of past Wolverines who received even partial athletic scholarships to attend even the smaller universities or junior colleges.

Sharp received a full scholarship and the admiration of her home town.

This January she unveiled the banner commemorating her high school record that now hangs in the Wolverine Gym.
