A soaking wet Bennett Price, 23, of Salt Lake City was arrested by WWPD officers after being captured by casino security.
According to witnesses and video surveillance, Bennett Price, 23, of Salt Lake City damaged photographs mounted on the walls in the hallways of the hotel before going to a stairwell.
According to police reports, employees said Price had tampered with a water valve that began spraying water, soaking Price and flooding the stairwell.
Price reportedly left the area and was found on the hotel grounds by employees. Price had removed his shirt but was still wet
Price could not explain how he got wet. He also denied any involvement with the damaged photographs.
