A woman who used a phone to beat her significant other bloody at the Montego Bay Casino in Wendover is in the Elko County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
, 28, of Layton, Utah was arrested in the early morning hours Monday after allegedly beating her boyfriend several times about the face with their hotel room phone.
According to West Wendover Police Chief Burdell Welsh it was the second time Boynton was arrested for domestic violence.
“That is why the bail is at $5,000,” Welsh explained. ‘”Alcohol was probably involved.”
