A thief learned the shoplifting from the same store twice in one week was one time too many according to West Wendover Police reports.
Brock Simmons, 18, of Elko was caught red handed trying to shop lift from the Pilot Travel Center Saturday night by West Wendover police. According to reports Simmons was recognized by the cashier as the same man who shop lifted from the same store just five days before.
In addition to the petite larceny charges police found a small quantity of illegal drugs. Simmons was booked into the Elko County Jail on a $2,280 bail.
