A daughter of Wendover needs our help.
She is in the singing contest La Voz Kids on Telemundo.
We have never seen a program on Telemundo and we are not loyal to any particular Spanish language brand.
We are loyal to Wendover and a daughter of Wendover Jacqueline Collazo needs us, all of us from this tiny little corner of the world to vote for her.
And so we will vote for Jacqueline and implore all of our dear readers to do the same.
Even if like us, Spanish language television is not one’s cup of tea follow the link on our website and make a little girl’s dream come true.
Yes at 15 Jacqueline probably does not think of herself as a little girl.
But our own little girl is 31 with two sons of her own yet she is still our little girl.
Anyone who has a daughter or who knows a daughter should take the time and vote for Jacqueline because she is ours and we should support our own.
Buena Suerte Jacqueline.
Good Luck!!!!
Speaking of our daughter, we remember some 19 years ago when our Annabelle came home so excited that there was going to be a band at her new high school.
She asked me what instrument should she play. That was when I was still if not infallible mostly right most of the time.
I suggested the oboe and Patty Eklund, the brand new band director gave Annabelle hers.
Patty gave more than just the oboe to Anna and her three sax playing brothers after her. Patty gave them the gift of music.
And while the boys didn’t take to it as well as their sister they still today enjoy making music.
We have often thanked Patty and we will in the future.
She has been a heck of band leader and a great friend.
