ORDINANCE NO. 2015-05 NOTICE
An Ordinance Authorizing the Issuance of the City of West Wendover, Nevada, Water Revenue Bond, Series 2015 in the Principal Amount of $747,000 to Pay in Part the Cost of a Water Project; Providing the Forms, Terms and Conditions of the Bond and the Sale to the United States of America; Providing Other Matters Relating Thereto; and Providing for an Effective Date.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an adequate number of typewritten copies of the above-entitled Ordinance have been deposit- ed with the City Clerk of the City of West Wendover and are available for public examination and distribution upon request at the office of the City Clerk of the City of West Wendover, at his office in City Hall, 1111 N. Gene L. Jones Way, West Wendover, Nevada, and that such Ordinance was proposed on September 1, 2015, and will be consid- ered for adoption at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of West Wendover on September 15, 2015.
