In a replay of the week before Ely Mayor Melody Van Camp was once again stymied in her attempt to remake the Rail Road management Board of Directors by the same 3-2 as the week previous.
While finally re-appointing chairman John Gianolli the Ely mayor would not nominate the two other current directors Roger Bowers and Randy Larsen and the council would not confirm her choices to replace them thus Bowers and Larsen will remain on the board.
