Nevada’s non restricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $989,818,839 for the month of February 2016. This amounts to an 8.05% increase compared to February 2015, when licensees reported a gaming win of $916,087,062. For the fiscal year (July 1, 2015 through February 29, 2016), gaming win has increased 1.52%. The State collected $50,530,929 in percentage fees during the month of March 2016*, based upon the taxable revenues generated in February 2016. This represents a 12.86% (or $7,459,943) decrease compared to the prior year’s March, when percentage fee collections were $57,990,872.
This month of February, Wendover Casinos took in half a Million more than February of 2015, a 3.49% increase, lower than the state. But since the beginning of July (beginning of the fiscal year), Wendover Casinos had an increase of 4.02% compare to 1.52% at the state level.
