Award-winning local author Maer Wilson will attend a discussion and book signing at the Barnes & Noble in Henderson on Saturday, August 27, from 1 -3 PM. She is celebrating the release of her new memoir The Other Side of Philip K. Dick. The story tells about her ten-year friendship with the science fiction author behind Blade Runner, Total Recall, The Man in the High Castle and many others. Wilson is the author of the popular Modern Magics series and Apocalypta Z. Countering popular myths about Dick, Wilson adds important elements to the PKD legacy.
