Like every year, both Wendover Utah and West Wendover Fire Departments go around town with fire trucks, and Santa. This past Wednesday December 20th, the West Wendover Fire Department send three fire-trucks with a Santa each, some helpers and a driver. They also give out some candy canes to the kids who come to meet Santa. organized a collection of toys, clothes and money, and already distributed those. This year was a little lower, they raised $850. and helped six families with 15 children. It is possible that it was lower because the Peppermill properties organized their own to help some of their employees’ families in need.
