Antonio Escareno, who joins the West Wendover Police Department, was presented to the community at the last City meeting by Police Chief Burdel Welsh.He started December 26, 2017, after completing sixteen weeks of field training. He started last July sixteen weeks at the Police Academy.
He grew up in Wendover Utah, and graduated from Wendover High School in 2012. Antonio has an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice. His family resides in Wendover Utah. He enjoys baseball, spending time with family, and looks forward to his new career in law enforcement.
