On Sunday, April 29, at 4:00 pm, the Wendover Police Department conducted an investigation of controlled substances and served a search warrant at a residence located at the 700 block of Toana Lane in Wendover, Utah. With the assistance of K9 “Charles,” Wendover Police arrested and charged a 28-year-old Wendover man on the charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Tuesday April 24, at 9:00 pm, the Wendover Police Department conducted an investigation of criminal activity at the 100 block of Wendover Boulevard in Wendover, Utah. Wendover Police used drug detection K9 “Charles” and arrested and charged a 47-year-old West Valley City man, identified as Mark Pay, on charges of possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Also arrested was a 43-year-old Salt Lake City woman, identified as Paula Gehrke, for possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of hypodermic needles. Gehrke also had $45,000 in warrants for her arrest.
