Neilson, Anthony 28, West Wendover Nv, Domestic Battery
On June 08, 2018, West Wendover officers responded to a residence to take a report of a domestic disturbance. Officers identified two persons involved, one of which was Anthony Neilson. Officers were able to determine that Neilson and his girlfriend had been involved in an argument at a local club prior to going to their residence. While at the residence the arguing continued and became physical. After interviews with the victim and witnesses Neilson was taken into custody for suspicion of domestic battery. The victim did not require medical attention.
Liddle, Cody 30, Chubbuck Id, DUI
On June 08, 2018, West Wendover officers responded to the Rainbow Casino parking lot after receiving a report of a possible intoxicated driver. Officers arrived and located the vehicle that was described by a witness. A male sleeping in the driver’s seat was identified as Cody Liddle. Officers learned from a witness that Liddle had struck another vehicle while backing into a parking stall. When officers interviewed Liddle, they began to suspect that he was under the influence of alcohol. Liddle refused to perform field sobriety testing. Liddle was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. During a search incident to arrest a firearm was located on Liddle’s person. Liddle was also charged with suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
Lee, Christopher 28, Samak Ut, Attempting to Utter Forgery
On June 13, 2018, West Wendover officers responded to the Wendover Nugget casino to take a report of a male attempting to cash a counterfeit $100 bill. Officers identified Christopher Lee as the person involved. Lee had been taken to the security office for an interview where officers learned that Lee had attempted to cash in the bill at the Rainbow Casino. He was told the bill was a counterfeit and it could not be cashed. Lee then went to the Wendover Nugget where he attempted to cash the bill. Security was summoned by the cashier who then detained Lee until police arrived. Lee was taken into custody for suspicion of attempting to utter forgery.
