• On March 16, 2019, West Wendover officers responded to a casino parking lot on a report of two persons seated in a vehicle possibly ingesting a narcotic. With a description of the vehicle the officers were able to locate a vehicle in the area described to them. The two occupants were identified as Wilbern McDougal and Monique Lopez.
During interviews and a consensual search that officers were able to locate drug paraphernalia. Both occupants were taken into custody and a search warrant was executed on the vehicle. Small amounts of Methamphetamine and Heroin were in the vehicle.
Both McDougal and Lopez were booked for the additional charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
• Tommy D. Murray, 64, of West Wendover was arrested at Elko County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear after bail on a misdemeanor crime. Bail was set at $25,000. Murray turned himself in to the jail on a warrant.
• Adrian Serrano, from west Valley, Utah was arrested at the Rainbow Casino for trying to cash a check with insufficient funds. He was also arrest
