This past Wednesday, Chris Lund, pastor of the Wendover Christian Fellowship conducted a Passover Community dinner at the local Spanish Baptist Church of Wendover. Every year, the pastor has been organizing it, together with his wife, and children.

He has been preaching for more than thirty years in both Wendover Utah and Wendover Nevada and has a pretty big fellowship. Sadly a few years back his church burned down due to probably faulty electric wiring. Now the congregation is on the threshold to have a new church in the form of modular buildings. But until then, they pray together in other various locals.

The fire of his church might have some similarities in the circumstances of the fire of this past Monday, April  15th, of Paris Notre Dame Cathedral. But the main difference is that Notre Dame hopefully will be rebuild in splendor with big donations from all around the world, but this little local church has to count only on small local donations.
