What would Jesus say if modern people met him and told him he needed to leave the land of Israel/Palestine?
Palestinian Jews were Jewish inhabitants of Palestine (known in Hebrew as Eretz Israel, the “Land of Israel”) prior to the establishment of the modern state of Israel.
Yes, Jesus(Yeshua) the jew, was born in ISRAEL what is called now Palestine(much bigger than the modern Israel). So was Joseph(Yoseph) and Mary(Miriam). They all lived there all their lives. Pro-Palestinians want Jews (Israeli) to “Liberate Palestine”(read: live Israel or die and give it to the palestinians of today). Do people who say that realized that Israel, what the English called Palestine, had always been inhabited by jews? A lot of them were exiled by the Roman Empire, and ended up in Spain, England, etc… But their true land WAS/IS Palestine/Israel. Read the Bible and it is right there.
Are the people who say “Liberate Palestine” DENY the Bible too? I know a lot of them are also Holocaust deniers, antisemitism right there…For them a good jew is a dead jew… Enough already!!! If those people think that WE ARE GOING TO GIVE BACK OUR LAND, they are wrong. It is not happening. Long gone are the days were WE WERE persecuted, had no more land we could claim our own: Roman Empire, Ottoman Empire, English Empire… We were the poor jew, or the wandering jew, or the what ever jew subjected to other nations rules in Israel…
And who in this world think you can still be a refugee after 75 years??? Jews who were expelled from one land to an other one, c always found a way to work, start businesses, adapt. Ask the modern refugees from Syria: they end up in Germany or England and start working, make a life for themselves and their children. Do jews stay refugees after being expelled from Marocco, Tunisia, Algeria in the sixties…YES they were expelled from Arab lands, do you hear them asking the world for help? No, of course not. Do christian Spaniards living Spain because of Dictator Francisco Franco became refugees??? No, they started to live in the south of France, worked, made a living for themselves. Do jews after World War II became refugees from Lithuania, Poland, Germany? No, where ever they went they just started working and make a living for themselves and the new generations, like ALL the refugees of the world except for Palestinians. That’s right, Palestinians are the exceptions because the people in charge, that it is Hamas, or before them the PLO(Palestinian Liberation Organization), etc… DON”T WANT PALESTINIANS to be happy, wealthy, because then the world would stop the flow of money to them. Yes they use their own population to protect their Rockets and rockets sites. The MORE Palestinian die, the better for their cause.
What do Hamas and the PLO bring or brought to the World? Nothing but destruction: Airplane Highjacking, Suicide bombing, Airplane Bombing…anything else? Nope!!!
What did Jews and Israelis bring or brought to the world?…The list is infinite!!! Even now Israel is “the Start up Nation” … Water management with “Drip” innovations(70 years ago), water desalination to countries poor in fresh water, Water “out of thin air”(Watergen), Jewish Doctors all over the world and in Israel innovating and finding cures, to name a very very few examples…
Jews always have been the defenders of the oppressed, walking hand in hand with Martin Luther King Jr., fighting in the south(of America) against lynching and now they are denounced as oppressors (when they try to stop rockets falling on their children in Israel).
Could Palestinian live in peace with Israel?
Of course they could IF THEY WANTED TO.
Israel always wanted peace, Hamas and the PLO always turned down any peace agreement coming their way.
They also DON’T recognize Israel…because they always wanted and still want today all the land of Israel, not just a state for themselves, but all the ancient Israel land for themselves.
