The Advocate talked to Rod and Sandy Beach.
They said they had a wonderful time here in Wendover, that they didn’t brake the speed record like they wanted to, but that it was a learning experience. The car being brand new, this year was mostly getting to know the mechanics of it on the salt, if wet or dry conditions of course it would influence the way the car behave on it. It is the 3rd time that the couple comes to the World of Speed, in Wendover. But if next year September forecast is wet weather, they might consider coming a few weeks earlier for Speed Week instead.
