A group is working to paint the hate after someone spraypainted racist messages on a building in Ely. One of the messages is “all n****** must die” with a #SupportTheBlueLine underneath it on a wall of a microwave tower. There is also graffiti that says “Send them Muslims back.” The vandals wrote Trump 2016 several times on the wall.
A Facebook event is organizing people to get together and paint over the messages.
