Two Wendover, Utah girls Sydney Songer and Rovi Hidalgo won top honors in scholarships this year.
Hidalgo captured an $8,000 Peppermill Casino scholarship as well as a $1,000 Greater Nevada Credit Union grant and a $500 scholarship from the Big Green fund. Songer won a four year $10,000 scholarship from West Minister College in salt Lake city.
