Family and friends of Mickie Costanzo gathered Tuesday, May 3rd on what have the young murder victim’s 17th birthday.
Dozens of green balloons and a cake was cut in her memory. The celebration came coincidentally on the same day as a major development in the prosecution of her murderer.
