Trinity M. Horvath, a 27 years-old woman from Lehi, Utah, was arrested for cashing a forged check, last time, officials spotted her at a West Wendover casino around a year ago, charged with multiple felony charges.
Reports reveal that the woman was caught red-handed by local cops while doing the crime at one of the Wendover casino. The incident took place more than a year ago. After the arrest, the court sent the Utah woman to Elko County Jail. An arrest warrant was issued.
The 27 years old woman was arrested for multiple criminal charges, which include possession of methamphetamine, uttering, or possessing with intent to utter fictitious bill, note, or check, as well as other criminal charges like burglary. The court also charged her for a gross misdemeanor with conspiracy to the uttering of a forged instrument.
As per the court’s documents, the 27 years-old woman got arrested on February 27, 2019. She was caught by the police while attempting to cashing a check from Torres Construction at the Peppermill Casino and the amount of $578.24 USD. She revealed to the West Wendover Police that she did not know that the check was forged. She realized it after cashing it.
The 27 years-old suspect Trinity M. Horvath was indicted for not appearing on felony crime. Bail was set at $32,000.
