NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of West Wendover Ordinance No. 2013-01, with Summary and Title as follows, was filed with the City of West Wendover City Clerk on May 7, 2013:
SUMMARY: West Wendover Ordinance No. 2013-01 Amends Title 1 Chapter 10 Section 4 of the City Code to Provide for an Adjustment to the Existing Steps in the Starting Pay Scale of the Appointive Office of the Chief of Police and Provides Other Matters Appropriately Related Thereto.
TITLE: An Ordinance Entitled “2013 Amendment to the Compensation Schedule for the Office of Chief of Police, Which Shall Provide for Adjustments to the Existing Steps in the Starting Pay Scale for the Appointive Office of Chief of Police and Provide Other Matters Appropriately Related Thereto.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that copies of the Ordinance are available for public examination and distribution upon request at the office of the Clerk of the City of West Wendover, Nevada, at 1111 N. Gene L. Jones Way; that said Ordinance was proposed and read by title on May 7, 2013 and that the City Council intends to take final action on the adoption of said Ordinance on its regular meeting on the 21 day of May, 2013, as a regular measure.
