Mindi Rae Roholt could be facing up to three years in prison for disfiguring a White Pine county girl in a drunken brawl on September 1, 2012.
In a change of plea hearing last month Roholt told Senior District Judge Dan Papez that she would plead no contest to the charge of causing substantial bodily harm and permanent disfigurement to a Ruth girl Lilly Guymon when she smashed her drinking glass into the juveniles face.

The change of plea hearing is now being webcast on www.coyote-tv.com.
According to terms of the plea agreement the state will argue that Roholt be sentenced to a prison term between one to three years but not oppose a suspended sentence to probation.
If endorsed by the Nevada Department of Parole and Probation and accepted by the court Roholt may not serve a day behind bars.
The sentencing hearing will be webcast after February 24th.
